Product Lead Times as of October 18, 2021

Prior to placing an order, please review this important information regarding lead times:

•   The lead times provided are approximate and based upon current capacity and material availability.

•   Posted lead times do not guarantee a ship date or delivery date.

•   On any PO marked “ship complete”, the lead time applied to the order will be based upon the product with the longest lead time.

•   Specials and larger orders may receive lead times longer than what is posted. Please contact customer service to confirm availability.

•   Lead times will be confirmed after entry of your order with an acknowledgment being sent to the dealership.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:  Due to unprecedented circumstances facing the office furniture industry and heavy order levels please allow up to 10 working days for order processing and acknowledgement of your order. Current published lead times and your corresponding acknowledged ship date will be from date of entry of a clean order. Please add 10 days to the overall expected delivery date. We will continue work to improve and provide updates as available.
